Polly was an excellent agent for the unique situation of me living out of town and having to assist my parents both buy and sell a home in my hometown. She did an excellent job of taking on a complex situation and being available through the process always showing up with a smile and willing to make things work with today’s technology. She was always patient and understood that finding the perfect house takes time, especially when the housing market has been so low on inventory. Her expertise of navigating today’s market was invaluable. Polly was always using her network to find what was coming to market before it was on the MLS. She is exceptionally caring and compassionate and willing to do whatever it takes to find the home that meets your needs. While we had to go through several multi-bid ordeals, she was very thoughtful on how to approach the deal with bringing a competitive offer that was still within the comfort of a realistic budget, timeline and terms met. The house they ended up in was an excellent investment even thus far and one I didn’t give a chance based on initial photographs. Polly revisited the home option after losing on a different home and she was 100% correct in assessing the home being the right fit.
