Kathleen was great to work with. After a long search, she helped us find our wonderful summer home. It was a long search and she was with us every step of the way. Kathleen took the time to understand what we were looking for. She answered our questions in a timely fashion and gave us honest feedback. We never felt pressured while working with her. We worked with Kathleen for almost a year in search of a "summer" home for our family. We were in the process of selling several family vacation properties in Ontario and had decided we needed something in the US that was more accessible. We focused on Harsens Island in the St. Clair River. We were somewhat familiar with the island but it was definitely a learning experience for Kathleen and us to understand this unique market. Kathleen's professionalism and positive attitude throughout the process was exceptional. We looked at almost every property that came to market on the island. There were times when we got discouraged and Kathleen kept telling us the right property would come along. She was right! We finally found one that fit all our needs. It was a the high end of our price range but after all the work that Kathleen had put in with us we knew the value was there. We had a couple issues leading up to the offer and after acceptance but Kathleen navigated us through those. We just closed on Monday and could not be more excited. WE are considering downsizing from our current residence and will definitely use Kathleen for that process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
